Q: How do I get a quote or place an order?

To request a quote or place an order simply e-mail us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Attach Design or Artwork, with specified colors of design.
  • Specify the type of garment or product needed. As well as, color, sizes, quantity.
  • Would you like the design printed on the front, back, sleeve?
  • When needed by?
  • Name and Phone Number

Once we’ve received all the information above, we generate a quote and send it your way. To finalize the order, you can give us a call or come into our store and we can check you out. 

Q: How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on the garments you choose, how many colors and locations of screen printing you get, and the quantity of your order.

Q: I don't live near a store. Can I still place an order?

No problem! We actually service customers in all 50 states! Give us a call at (305) 906-7071 and we will get you started.

Q: When will my order be ready?

Turn around rate is depending on the service you choose. Typically, orders are ready between 5-10 business days. We send out a proof and once approved we continue to production. Embroidery services do take longer, orders are usually ready in 10-15 business days.

Q: When do I get charged, do you require pre-payment?

Yes, you will be charged beforehand, once checked out we can start our production process.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is processed and production has started, you cannot cancel your order. If you’d like to add any changes let us know as soon as possible. That way we can make those changes before commencing printing.

Q: Are returns available?

All sales are final.

Q: Are there any set up charges?

Our only set up charge applies to our Embroidery services. Which you will be charged a $35 set up fee for your design or logo.

Q: If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?

If you use the same logo or design, no you will not be charged again. But if you decide to go with a different design or logo, we would have to charge the fee once again.

Q: Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or text message. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. Once approved by the client we start production.

Q: I need my order today, is that possible?

Yes, depending on the intricacy of your design. We do offer same day printing.

Q: If I order a large number of shirts can I get a better price?

Yes, the larger the number of shirts, the better price we can offer.

Product FAQ

Q: Will my design fade?

The printing will last the useful life of the shirt. What we mean by that is the design will show wear and fading at about the same rate as the garment. Normally this means a life span of several years.

Q: Can I iron my shirt?

We recommend using a steamer instead. But you can iron your shirt, as long as you turn it inside out and ensure a low heat setting.

Q: Does my shirt require a special care routine?

Please note that printed garments should be washed inside-out in cold water to help maintain the vibrancy of the design. Dried on low heat setting and delicate.

Q: Can I see a size chart for my t-shirt?

If you know which garment, you’re looking for find the size specs for your garment by visiting our main suppliers’ website.  Gildan, Next Level, Bella Canvas, A4, Anvil, American Apparel, Comfort Colors, LAT, Rabbit Skins, J America, US Blanks,  are our main suppliers.

Q: Do you offer Youth/ Infant/ Big Sizes?

Many products are available in a wide range of sizes, but usually in a more limited color palette for the specialty sizes. If we can’t find something from our usual vendors, we can special order certain products for you. Keep in mind that smaller size shirts may require that your art be reduced to fit.
